Buffalo Labor Day Parade & Cookout

Celebrating Labor 2023: Strength, Unity, Solidarity. This year's parade will be held Monday, September 4th, 2023. Line-up starts at 11AM, parade starts at 12PM, and cookout starts at 1PM. We are proud to recognize ATU Local 1342 President Jeff Richardson as this year's Grand Marshal. 

Line-up begins at 11AM. Be on time! We ask all marchers to park their cars at or near Cazenovia park. Buses will shuttle marchers from Cazenovia Park, starting at the Peter J. Crotty Casino to Dorrance Ave from 10:30 am - 11:45 am. This will eliminate congestion at the beginning of the parade and members won't have to walk back to get their cars. Check-in with the parade staff upon arrival. The parade staff will be wearing identifying fluorescent yellow shirts. They will help you find your line-up spot. All marchers will follow the directions of staff or will be unable to participate. Buses will be available from 1:15 pm - 2:30 pm to return to their vehicles. The cookout is at the Peter J. Crotty Casino Shelter in Cazenovia Park. Food will be served starting at 1:00 pm. Relax and enjoy the day!
